Warm-up

“Death by Burpees”-you all know the drill.

Once you get “out,” whatever round you completed successfully is how many burpees you will do on the minute until the last person gets caught!

Strength

Week 8-Day 2

Strict Press- DELOAD

Set 1: 5 reps @ 40%

Set 2: 5 reps @ 50%

Set 3: 5 reps @ 60%

Metcon

FOR TIME

50 Thrusters (75/55)

50 HR push-ups

50 Push press (75/55)

50 Sit-ups

*break up however you want*
