Teams start behind line across gym. 3 burpee buy-in at each switch (including starter).

160 wall balls (split any way)

PRIMUS Loop sled push (2/1) + barbell carry (95/65)

-Grassy Field – 80m front rack walking lunges, other teammates regular walking lunges

-Cul de sac – 25 snatches + 50 push-ups each (2 people working at once)

-End of Alley – 50 v-ups each (2 people working at once)

Back in Gym:

4 rounds each teammate

7 burpees

7 KB SDLHP (53/35)

3 squat clean (155/105) (135/95)

4 rounds each teammate

6 HSPU

6 Box jumps (24/20)

3 thrusters (155/105) (135/95)

3 rounds each teammate

8 ball slams (20/15)

2 rope climb

400m sled push (3/2) + barbell carry (95/65)
