* 2 squat cleans (warmup weight)

* 25 double-unders or 30″ DU attempts

* 8-10 handstand pushups or 30″ handstand holds

* 10 pistols (or best variant)

Notes: Choose your best variant for each movement but push yourself for the harder version.

MEDIUM🔥🔥

8 rounds of

100m sandbag carry

10 in-and-outs

10 ball slams (20/15)

1 squat clean (medium weight)

20″ wall sits

Finisher: 2 x 100m sled push (2/1) at best pace

HIGH🔥🔥🔥

3 rounds / 90″ rest

1 heavy squat clean + heavy bag carry + 1 heavy squat clean

Notes: Inside gym. Shoot for 70-80% range on squat cleans.
