10 clean grip BB RDLs

5 clean grip high pulls

5 muscle cleans

5 jerks

Weightlifting

Power Clean and Jerks

Take 15-20 minutes to work on the following complex:

Power Clean + Hang Power Clean + Hang Power Clean + Jerk

CrossFit Games Open 17.5 (Time)

10 rounds for time of:

9 thrusters 95# / 65#

35 double-unders

*40 minute time cap
Disregard the 40 minute time cap. I cannot change that in Wodify.

We are going to make it a 22 minute time cap because who really wants to workout for 40 minutes today???
