WOD

AMRAP 25

WOD has a Runner and the rest of the class. The Runner will perform the Cardio of the WOD while the rest of the class cycles through the rounds. Each time a runner returns, next in line from the class switches out while the runner fills in.

Runner – 100m Sled (2/1) + 200m Run

Group: R1 – 15 Wall Ball + Max Wall Sit

R2 – Max Wall Walk

R3 – 10 Power Clean (135/95) + Max Plank

R4 – 10 Burpee over Bar + Max V Up

30 Second Recovery after each Round 4 Movement (Burpees)
