5 thread the needles each side

10 squat to toe touch

10 supermans

Metcon (No Measure)

AMRAP 12 minutes

10 deadlifts (225/155)

10 bar facing burpees

5 minute rest

Then do the amount of rounds you did above for

20 push/squat/split jerk (155/105)

20 ab mat sit ups
