3-4 Carries:

Use a load that allows you to stay engaged in your core. Try not to get too much lower back involved.

 

V: OH Yolk Walk x 20-30s

M: Waiters Carry x 20-30s

D: Bamboo Holds x 20-30s

Rest 1:4 after each carry
